在host文件中添加

13.229.188.59 github.com
199.232.5.194 github.global.ssl.fastly.net

Linux的host文件路径： /etc/hosts
Windows的host文件路径：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

刷新host配置

windows
ipconfig /flushdns

linux：

sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart
